Between 2020 and 2024 I was ICT Systems & Curriculum Development Consultant under MILTA Uganda, working with IOM, ILO and the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development on ICT support, benchmarking of the EEMIS platform and the pre-departure curriculum for migrant workers. From 2020 to 2023 I was a data expert with VODAN Africa and Kampala International University, deploying FAIR Data Points in hospitals across Uganda.
What I bring to public programmes is the data side: how data is collected, governed and shared, and how it is analysed and reported so that ministries, funders and communities can act on it.
